1. About OddsRay

OddsRay is an independent sports-betting analytics platform developed by a solo founder based in Portugal. The project is early-stage, bootstrapped, and self-funded. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the operator of this independent project.

For support and questions, contact contact@oddsray.com. These Terms govern your use of the application and associated services. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. What the service does

OddsRay helps you record, import, organize, and analyze your sports-betting history. Available features can include manual record entry, supported imports, document or image extraction, record matching, and historical performance analysis. Features marked as planned or coming soon are not included in the current service unless subsequently made available.

OddsRay is a record-management and analytics service. It does not accept, place, or settle wagers, or hold betting deposits. Its records, calculations, and summaries are not promises of profit or recommendations to place particular bets.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the service where you live.

Provide accurate registration information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You must not access another user’s account or data without authorization.

4. Your records and permitted use

Only submit records and files that you are entitled to use. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and any relevant conditions imposed by the sources from which you obtain your records.

Do not upload malicious files, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse another person’s information, or use OddsRay for unlawful activities. Do not include passwords, authentication tokens, payment-card details, or other information unnecessary for managing your betting records.

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You give us permission to store, reproduce, transform, and process that content, including through the providers described in the Privacy Policy, only to the extent needed to provide the service, handle your requests, and comply with applicable legal obligations. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

We and our licensors retain the rights in the OddsRay software, branding, and other service materials. Your use of the service does not transfer those rights to you.

5. Imports, AI, and accuracy

Automated imports, document extraction, image recognition, and AI-assisted matching can produce errors or omit information. Review imported records and correct mistakes before relying on the resulting analysis.

Calculations depend on the information supplied and the methods used. Missing or inaccurate records can affect the results. Historical performance does not establish what will happen in future. Illustrative screenshots and demonstration data are examples, not promised outcomes.

6. External services

Imports and other integrations can depend on third-party systems. A change to a third-party website, format, or service may affect whether an integration works.

References to a sportsbook or other third party identify a source or integration; they do not by themselves establish that the third party endorses or is affiliated with OddsRay. Your use of an external service remains subject to its own applicable terms.

7. Development preview and fees

The current early-access development preview is provided without a subscription fee.

The preview may contain defects and may be interrupted for maintenance, security work, or development. We may change features for technical, security, or legal reasons, or as part of developing the service. Where a change materially affects existing use, we will give reasonable advance notice where practicable and respect any rights you have under applicable law.

Keep an independent copy of important source records. This recommendation does not remove our legal responsibilities concerning the service or your data.

We will not automatically convert free access into a paid subscription. Any future paid offering will require separate acceptance of the price and applicable payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions before you are charged.

8. Closing or restricting an account

You may stop using OddsRay and request account closure by emailing contact@oddsray.com. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data after a deletion or closure request.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach of these Terms, protect users or systems, or comply with the law. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be necessary where advance notice would create a security risk or would be prohibited by law.

If we discontinue the preview, we will give reasonable advance notice where practicable and explain how to request a copy of your records before closure, subject to applicable legal and security requirements.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains the personal data we process, the purposes and legal bases, providers involved, retention, and your rights.

Acceptance of these Terms is not consent to unrelated marketing or optional tracking. Where a separate consent is needed, we will request it separately.

10. Responsibility and statutory rights

We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every import, match, or calculation will be error-free. We remain responsible for the service to the extent required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you have. Describing the service as a development preview does not remove those rights.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Where you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply in your country of habitual residence.

You may contact us to try to resolve a problem. Doing so does not prevent you from using a complaint procedure or bringing proceedings before a court available to you under applicable law.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, legal requirements, or security needs. We will identify the version and update date and notify you of material changes before they apply where required. Where a change requires your agreement, we will request it.
